It is necessary to create and set up a bot (can be done using ready-made tools, such as Botpress or any other). For the product database, we can use our website or Google Sheets. The bot should help the client select products based on age, problems, skin type, and so on. It should respond intelligently using AI, with the only template being product search to avoid errors and AI-made changes in product names, for example.
