I'm looking for a practicing lawyer or attorney. I need a description of one real case from personal experience. What needs to be done: Provide a description of one case, as well as real documents related to the case with confidential information removed (names, addresses, case numbers, amounts replaced with conditional ones). The description should include: • what the task was (to prepare a response, an appeal, a motion, etc.) • what documents were involved in the work • how the search for similar court decisions was conducted in the registers (Unified State Register of Court Decisions and others), what keywords were used, what criteria were used to filter the results, what legal norms were relied upon during the search • what decisions were found, why they were relevant, and how their similarity to the current case was assessed • how the found case law influenced the formation of the action strategy and the preparation of the document The key focus: it is important for us to understand the logic of the search, how a lawyer moves from a specific case to similar judicial decisions in order to build a defense strategy or position.
