Good afternoon. The task is clear, as I see, from the very first link it is evident that Amazon has an API. I have created parsers that worked with Google Sheets using Python. For the graphical interface, I can use PyQT6.

Задача понятна, на сколько мне известно амазон не имеет api для получения товаров, нужно парсер писать.
Можно не усложнять отдельной программой, а сделать "Главную" гугл таблицу, которая и будет интерфейсом парсера с теми управляющими элементами, что вы в видео рассказали и в нее уже вносить ключи таблиц, которые нужно обходить.
Парсеры делаю с размещением на моих серверах с поддержкой (предполагает ежемесячный платеж). Если делать программу и вам отдавать, со временем парсер будет ломаться при каких-то изменениях и это будет головная боль и ваша и моя.
