AMOCPM
Задача:
В IS есть две группы пользователей, у каждой группы доступен свой набор товаров. Функционал IS не позволяет отправлять письмо о переводе человека из одной группы в другую. Идея в том, чтобы подтягивать списки в амо, а оттуда отправлять письма с настроенными шаблонами уведомлений.
1. Установить insales и amo (тестовые учётки)
2. В insales создать 2 группы покупателей («Первая» и «Вторая»)
3. При добавлении покупателя, получать его https://wiki.insales.ru/wiki/InSales_API_-_%D0%9F%D0%BE%D0%BA%D1%83%D0%BF%D0%B0%D1%82%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B8#.D0.9F.D0.BE.D0.BB.D1.83.D1.87.D0.B5.D0.BD.D0.B8.D0.B5_.D1.81.D0.BF.D0.B8.D1.81.D0.BA.D0.B0 и добавить в amo https://www.amocrm.ru/developers/content/api/customers c признаком «Группа»
4. Интервал синхронизации 30 минут (время запуска скрипта по крону). Нужно выставить в параметрах скрипта.
5. Если client_group_id=null, синхронизация не выполняется.
6. Если updated_at раньше чем за 30 минут, до текущего момента, то для покупателя выполняется скрипт update. (или предложите свое решение отсутствия дублей)
7. В AMO_CRM сделать обработку, при которой после добавления покупателя с признаком «Группа»:
7.1 «Первая» отправляется письмо 1
7.2 «Вторая» отправляется письмо 2
8. Написать инструкцию как добавлять обработку в AMO_CRM и шаблоны писем
