13	Agree on a commercial proposal for cargo transportation, receive an invoice based on the agreed amount, and control payment.
14	Control and review of product balances on listings, organizing the delivery of goods to listings if necessary. Working with prep centers.
15	Regular provision of information at all stages to the customer to understand the general situation regarding the goods.
