Odoo Analyst-Programmer
We are looking for an analyst-programmer with experience in Odoo Community, who can think beyond technical tasks, understands business processes, and offers effective technical solutions. The job includes analytics, user support, optimization and customization of modules, and development of new modules.
Main Tasks
Analysis of user requests and formation of optimal technical solutions.
Configuration of Odoo modules and optimization of business processes.
Searching and fixing bugs in the system.
Development and customization of B2B-cabinet (Portal, Website elements, Sales, Inventory).
Creation and adaptation of modules for project scaling.
Testing changes, participating in updates and stabilization of the system.
Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
Experience with Odoo Community.
Analytical thinking, ability to propose solutions rather than just execute specifications.
PostgreSQL (working with data, queries).
Models / ORM.
Views, XML.
Basic Python.
Confident use of AI tools, including Claude Code.
Experience with MCP server or do you understand what it is?
Will be an advantage:
QWeb (PDF templates, portal).
Integrations via API.
Understanding of B2B distribution.
