PLAN :

1) Currently, Printful company has several production plant in Europe like in Latvia, Spain, Uk, and next production plant in Europe will be opened in Poland this summer.

2) We decided to choose 12 European countries in order to make certain calculations and research to understand which 5-7 countries in Europe with potential for POD development of B2B and enterprise customers are the largest.

3) We will analyse macro factors (e-commerce development, population and purchasing power) and micro factors (POD competition) of these countries.

4)After analysing these micro and macro factors we can observe e-commerce revenue prioritised market (E commerce spending per capital and sales by product category)

5) Then we need to calculate SAM (clculate our potential customers in our target market * their average annual salary) but here we will calculate Fashion and accessories and how much money our target customers spend for hats, t-shirts and different types of clothes

6) Understand top categories in countries (fashion entertainment, music, art, etc.)

7) Calculate SOM (it will help tp understand a number of potential customers and calculate the revenue) Here, we need to find competitors in each country and calculate estimated market share in this country)
