It is necessary to develop an Android application to transfer all incoming push notifications/SMS to an external endpoint.
Please leave applications from those who have previously implemented something similar, as there have already been 2 performers on this task who did not show results.
This application will be used within our team and will be installed only by those who need to remotely track their requests.
Sending any data is only possible with the user's consent after installing the application, so the application is safe for users.
The application is not intended to be malicious and should help automate work processes.
There is a Figma mockup. There is a Kotlin application and its source code. The finished application has bugs in sending, making it unusable — it is unstable.
Writing from scratch based on the example of the finished one or editing the existing code — your choice.
The main requirement for the application is stability. All incoming push notifications should be redirected. There should be no delays in sending exceeding an hour, or application hangs (within reasonable limits). It is understood that stable operation requires specific conditions for the phone (stable internet, screen turned on, no heavy load from other applications).
The application will be used both with real devices and emulators.
As an alternative in terms of functionality, we consider Google Play MacroDroid.
It works quite well, but there are some nuances.

Good afternoon.
I can do it.
I have similar experience.
But I need details.
