У якому форматі потрібна анімація та у якой якості? -
Добрый день. Нужно в формате png, для использование в соцсетях. По цветам можно что то весеннее, основной цвет логотипа вообще зеленый. Пришлю имеющиеся -
PNG формат це тільки статика, є ще APNG, але ніколи не бачив його доступним у соцмережах. Частіше Gif чи MP4.
*** спробував відкрити ваш вихідник, іллюстратор відображає його порожнім, є інший? -
Я вижу мне присылали в форматах jpg, png, pdf

Не может анимированный логотип быть в png, обычный да, анимированный нет.
Как и писали выше - apng, gif. Так же часто для иконки используют svg, webp.
