We’re looking for video editors who specialize in creating fast-paced, emotionally engaging, and story-driven visual content — similar in tone and flow to content seen on YouTube channels like the one linked on channel SNAFU WWII

These videos mix cinematic storytelling, motion design, kinetic typography, and sound-driven pacing to hold the viewer's attention and communicate ideas clearly and dramatically.

🧠 Examples of Editing Styles We’re Looking For:
Search on channel MuseMixAI (the style we are looking for) look at his best performing video — Focus on visual storytelling, dynamic transitions, motivated cuts, and immersive audio design.
Channels with similar storytelling-driven edits: Kurzgesagt, Vox, Wendover Productions, or ColdFusion.
Our editing style should match and push beyond those references in polish, clarity, and emotional engagement.

🧩 What We Expect From You
Strong motion design skills — ability to design and animate visual explanations that make complex topics exciting and easy to follow.
Pacing mastery — capable of creating curiosity, tension, and clear narrative beats through rhythm, transitions, and visuals.
Sound design precision — integrating background music, foley, and ambient sound to enhance storytelling; not just fill space.
Attention to supplementary visuals — finding or creating supporting visuals (B-roll, archival footage, animations, stock footage).
Collaboration and communication — work closely with a scriptwriter/narrator to bring the story vision to life smoothly.
Experience with documentary-style or educational YouTube editing is a major plus.

📅 Work Structure
Start: 4 videos per month, moving up to 6 per month after a trial period.
Each video: 10–20 minutes long, highly visual and structured like a mini-documentary.
Budget: $200 per video (around $10 per edited minute, depending on complexity).
