Вы уж простите..... но не могу не спросить - так для кого работка? для Аниматора или для Иллюстратора?)))) Это две разные профессии, и стоит такая работа по-разному.... Теперь вопрос стоимости: зачем Вы спрашиваете "сколько это стоит", если ваш бюджет "сильно ограничен" (или фиксирован! на что указывает упоминание о расчете на некие 5 серий)???
И определитесь уже с уровнем исполнителя - "специалист" или "любитель" вам нужен?!))))))) Видимо первый по цене второго? -
Название проекта - "2D аниматор мультика для самых маленьких".
Если Вас не устраивают какие-либо условия - не участвуйте в проекте, ну что еще можно тут сказать. Ни кто же не заставляет. Пока что это добровольно! ?

В конце концов ни кто не мешает Вам сделать свою ставку со своей стоимостью. Я рассматриваю все варианты. В худшем случае отвечу Вам: "извините, для нас это дорого". 😉

Я Вас понимаю!) Не хотелось бы тратить Ваше и свое время попусту.
Анимация - это трудоёмко, очень. И стоит соответственно. -
Сделать ставку - задача двух минут. Ну по крайней мере мне так кажется. Любое дело, если его делать ответственно и со смыслом, дело трудоемкое. Легко только языком работать. И то не всегда, наверное. А за мое время не переживайте. 🙂
