If I understood correctly, you need to animate the graph and some elements of the first photo on the website.
In that case, here are the answers to your questions:
1) If you want to animate that photo from the website, then just that one is enough, as long as it is in good quality. If it has been lost, I will take it from the website itself and then crop the excess in Photoshop.
2) It all depends on what kind of animation you need, that is, how many objects need to be made movable and how often they should move. So the preliminary work time is 1-3 days.
3) If the required format is mp4, and the animation is similar to the reference, where the curve not only changes but also seems to bounce a little, and the numbers periodically seem to twist, then it will be 1000 UAH; if the graph should just change, like switching without such "bouncing" moments, then it will be 600 UAH.
