Task:
- animate part of the logo text according to the concept of the provided script (see attached pdf file, AI editing)
- at each step of the animation, the background image should change to correspond with the theme of the changing element

1. Logo for a project about digital tools for development and decision-making that impact the lives of residents and the development of cities, regions, and countries based on data, public proposals using artificial intelligence and mathematical modeling.
2. Focus - PEOPLE! not buildings, trees, transport (this is to understand what background photos should be - photos with people)
4. Keywords (not for visuals, but for understanding: style, animation options, and overall design): people, solutions, artificial intelligence, data, public proposals, community, country, dialogue, discussion)
5. Sound - not needed!
Where it will be used (actually - these are products):
1. On the website: a) main page - central video (full-size), b) video in the website subtitle - sizes to be specified
2. As a separate video 16:9, 1080p - for demonstration on TV/monitor, as a promo video
3. As an animation with a transparent background, for further use
Expectations from the work:
1. At least 4 animation options provided (options and vision can be discussed in advance)
2. A creative overall style proposed
3. A set of background photos proposed (or own ones will be provided)
4. Development in After Effects with the provision of the source file for further independent editing
5. An animated logo created in 4 variants (see the section "where it will be used" - above)
Subsequently, after the logo animation is completed, a promo video sequence will need to be created from available videos and photos using the same animation style
