Привет. Я бы разделил этот заказ на две стадии. Первая - создание персонажа. В нее входит концепт (или у вас есть уже он), далее скульптинг (собственно создание) и подготовка под анимацию его (вставляются кости и тд). Полигонаж тоже зависит от будущих анимаций. И второе уже его анимация. Проект не быстрый, примеры персонажей могу скинуть при обращении. Спасибо, свяжитесь со мной для обсуждения.
