Единственный способ это правильная сео-оптимизация сайта, что б он ранжировлся выше. Работать с Яндекс Оригинальными текстами и тд

Безусловно, но как вы выразились эта "защита от дурака" в кое-каком проценте и защитит сайт от копипаста.. Дело в том что некоторые пользователи не знают даже где кнопка пуск на рабочем столе находится(имел с таким дело).. А что уж говорить об готовом сгенерированном скриптами коде который покажет "Панель разработчик" какого-нибудь браузера.. Да 100% защиты не будет. Естественно! Ну так 100% в принципе не бывает ни от чего.
