А в логах есть что-то?

Логи при включении дебага не отличаются от тех, что по ссылке. Если надо что-то ещё - надо более конкретно мне сказать что и где смотреть

500 - это ошибка сервера, там нужно смотреть в первую очередь, в логах престы может и не быть отображения ошибки.
