Api Node-red
A simple service needs to be developed on NodeRED that provides the ability to upload, store, and retrieve images via a REST API. The service must support working with various types of images that are standard for the web (for example, JPEG, PNG, GIF). The main functional requirements:
Image Upload (POST /upload).
The request body, multipart/form-data, must contain the image file (with a size limit, for example, up to 5MB). The response body must be a JSON object with a unique image identifier (image_id), a URL to the image (image_url), and the status of the operation.Image Retrieval (GET /image/), a parameter in the URL, id (unique image identifier)Additional Requirements (optional):
Add authorization, API Key or JWT token (at your choice)
The API Key or JWT token must be passed in the Authorization header.
In the absence of a valid token or key, all requests must return a status of 401 Unauthorized. Any convenient database can be used to store images and metadata. Additional methods can of course be added as needed. For example, a method for obtaining a token (JWT).

Если Вам не нужна регистрация/авторизация пользователей а только фиксированный токен для авторизации, то Вам не нужна база данных вовсе. Файлы нужно хранить в облачном хранилище или на сервере в файловой системе. Не храните файлы в базе данных, потом будете создавать новый фриланс проект на восстановление файлов из этой БД.
