API обмен от поставщика на портал пром

Мне нужно настроить API обмен между кабинетом поставщика и моим кабинетом на портале пром.
Всего два поставщика.
Кроме этого, возможны дополнительные доработки по другим приложениям, но это уже другие сроки и оплата, будем оговаривать дополнительно.
С одним поставщиком настраивается SOAP-обмен, с другим API обмен json.
Вся загвоздка в том, что мне реально нужно на завтра или пятницу по первому поставщику с SOAP-обменом, дальше сроки не горящие.
Бюджет можем обсуждать.
