Tasks:

Payment for development is calculated based on the area of the house.
Estimated cost: from 40-75 UAH / 1 m² of the project (clarified depending on complexity: roof, windows, terraces, individual solutions).
Requirements:
Experience in designing wooden houses, small architectural forms, or cottages.
Proficiency in ArchiCAD / Revit + Lumion/3dsMax/SketchUp for visualizations.
Ability to create specifications and working drawings.
Portfolio of completed projects (houses, gazebos, summer houses).
Will be a plus:
Understanding of the technology for producing garden houses from glued timber.
