Покажіть існуючі плани будівлі, розкажіть що вам потрібно зробити. Основне у пролмисловій будівлі - технологія. Які станки, як їх розмістити, як організувати робочі процеси. Від цього починати, і далі наповнювати простір будівлі, планувати кімнати.
Вам потрібен проект для вас, чи для отримання дозволу на реконструкцію? Бо можливо треба буде залучвти інших спеціалістів для розробки інженерних розділів (опалення, вентиляція, каналізація, водопостачання, електрика, пожежна безпека).
Фасад - вже простіше, треба бачити існуючу ситуацію, та розуміти які матеріали плануєте.
Як підсумок - покажіть існуюче планування та існуючий стан будівлі. -
