I propose to complete this stage in the format of a structured architectural document MVP for OrientoGrace.
For the task, I see the main focus as follows: not just to describe LearnWorlds, but to gather a working architectural foundation for the first digital launch — to clarify what is safe to do within the platform, what to postpone, what tasks to assign to Nikita, how to connect the MVP path of the student, the personal account, payment, landing page, SCORM, and the first advertising and product hypotheses.
The result will include a PDF / DOCX document with a practical structure:
— security matrix of LearnWorlds;
— MVP path of the student;
— logic of the personal account / Live Check;
— tables of states and triggers;
— analysis of Nikita's prototype;
— priority technical specifications for Nikita;
— SCORM section;
— payment flow;
— minimal architecture of the landing page;
— 2 advertising and product hypotheses;
— triggers for transitioning to the Learning Center;
— next steps after the document.
I will separately note what relates to the MVP, what is better to move to phase 2, where there is technical risk, where confirmation from LearnWorlds is required, and where solutions cannot be built on assumptions.
Within this stage, practical setup of LearnWorlds, Stripe / PayPal, SCORM packages, API / Webhooks, launching advertising, managing the developer, and code acceptance will not be performed. This stage is an architectural document and a working basis for the next actions.
