A certified architect with over 20 years of experience in architecture and construction offers services for developing the architectural part of the project for your house, as well as landscape design and improvement of the adjacent territory. I carry out all stages of designing Section AR (Architecture): from (Sketch of the construction intentions) to working drawings, as well as Section General Plan, landscape design, and improvement.
Within the specified project, I will prepare a Sketch of the construction intentions, which includes:
- architectural plans, sections, and facades;
- photorealistic 3D visualizations in daytime and, if necessary, nighttime with architectural lighting.
Improvement of the yard area:
- General plan with planting on the house plot and all planned objects: pool, fountain, parking, recreation areas, landscaping, etc.;
- Lighting of the area with selection of lighting fixtures.
