Responsibilities:
- Assisting the HR manager in candidate search.
- Analyzing and selecting candidates according to the specifics and requirements of the vacancy.
- Searching for rare specialists through various sources (Boolean Search, X-Ray, social networks, professional communities).
- Identifying effective channels for candidate search and engagement.
- Correspondence and initial contact with potential candidates, presenting the vacancy.
- Conducting initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge in the field of AI: key principles of neural networks, main concepts (perceptron, convolution, embeddings, etc.), understanding differences between existing models.
- Experience in personnel recruitment or sourcing.
- Ability to find candidates through unconventional channels (forums, closed groups, conferences).
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- High work speed, attention to detail.
