Throughout the entire time, the contractor insisted on prepayment and asked for a positive review even before the work was completed. We communicated via Telegram, but later he deleted the correspondence and the communication channel itself. Various excuses were constantly invented to receive payment in advance, such as the need to link a card or purchase a premium account, which looked like an attempt to evade fulfilling the work.

I do not work on such terms and prefer to pay only after the order is completed, considering past experience. As a result, the project was not completed, and the contractor seemed only interested in receiving money without fulfilling obligations. In the correspondence, he claimed that the files he sent would prevent blocking on the exchange, but this does not change the fact that the task remained unfulfilled.
