Airbnb Assistant
Employment: 2–3 hours a day
Looking for a attentive and independent assistant who will help with the operational part of short-term rentals (Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo). I will show everything and train, but it is important to be able to quickly grasp the essence and work systematically.
🔧 Example tasks:
Ordering supplies for cleaners through Turno
Sending reports for payroll
Checking cleaning reports, quality control
Monitoring Resolution Center (guest complaints)
Updating listings, descriptions, photos
Tracking prices, suggesting improvements
Handling reviews, removing negative ones via Airbnb support
Analyzing competitors, drawing conclusions
Uploading listings to Booking and Vrbo
Checking the quality of responses to guests
Processing emails
💡 Important skills:
Google Docs / Sheets — confident
English — at least Intermediate
Quickly learn new platforms (Turno, Airbnb, PriceLabs, etc.)
Attention to detail, independence
Structured thinking (if you love order — perfect)
Sense of taste (working with photos, descriptions)
💰 Conditions:
Part-time: 2-3 hours a day
Remote
Respectful and calm communication, stress-free
