Project: Administrative Assistance and Document Handling (Online)
I am looking for a performer for a project on administrative assistance and processing client documents.
We help people from Ukraine relocate and adapt in Germany: consultations on documents, living arrangements, and interactions with government institutions.
Project Tasks
— Correspondence with clients in Telegram
— Answers to basic client questions
— Filling out documents using ready-made templates
— Working with Google Docs and Sheets
— Using Google Translate when necessary
— Working with texts through ChatGPT
— Recording information about clients
— Sorting and controlling documents
— Monitoring the status of documents and payments
All instructions and templates will be provided.
Requirements
— Confident use of computer
— Ability to work with Telegram
— Ability to work with Google Docs / Sheets
— Attention to documents
— Proficient written communication
— Ability to quickly understand tasks
It would be a plus:
— Experience working with clients
— Experience using ChatGPT
Important
During task execution, it is necessary to:
— Work daily from 09:00 to 18:00
— Be constantly available
— Respond quickly to clients
Availability of the following is mandatory:
— Computer or laptop
— Stable internet
— Telegram
If you are in a region where power outages are possible, you must have backup internet or the ability to quickly connect from another device so that clients are not left without a response.
Payment
Payment for participation in the project:
from 300 €
The final amount depends on the volume of completed tasks and the quality of work.
