58 USD The task is to create a sound space that supports the structure of meditation: helping the listener relax, immerse, experience a story, and enter a state of peace and inner strength.
The meditation consists of three parts, each with its own emotional rhythm and acoustic mood:
1. Introduction (≈ 8–10 minutes)
Alina talks about herself, her profession, and how space affects a person.
This is a moment of establishing trust and immersion.
Sound mood:
The music can be minimalist — piano pad or light drone, as if "in the air".
Sound task:
to help the listener "slow down" and feel that they are entering a safe space.
2. Main part — meditation (≈ 15 minutes)
The host guides the listener through memories, body sensations, sensory experiences — sight, smells, tactile feelings, breathing.
This is the main, bodily and emotional part.
Sound mood:
warm, homely, enveloping.
There can be soft ambient music with elements — the breath of the wind, a light crackle of a candle, distant rustling of leaves, breathing or pulse.
The music should be viscous, without melody, in the low and mid-range, without high frequencies.
Sound task:
to create a feeling of "home inside": safety, peace, presence, support.
The music should blend with the voice, not drawing attention away.
3. Masha's story and finale (≈ 5–7 minutes)
The third part is a short story from the book "Home — a place of power": the girl Masha, her experience of boundary violation and the return of the feeling of home.
After the story — gratitude to the listeners and an invitation to the book.
Sound task:
to guide the listener through the contrast — from anxiety to light, to a feeling of support.
To end with complete peace and silence.
