How I see the work:
Stage 1 (UX audit):
I will go through the entire flow with fresh eyes as a new B2B user. Focus on 3 key points where SaaS usually loses paying customers: time-to-value in onboarding, friction in core action, unclear CTAs on the dashboard. The document will be short and actionable: problem → impact → specific recommendation → priority (P0/P1/P2).
Stage 2 (demo video):
The script will follow the classic B2B structure: pain → solution → proof → CTA. Not general features, but scenarios "user X achieves result Y in Z minutes." Voiceover from ElevenLabs (I can offer 2-3 voices to choose from), editing in CapCut with highlights of key moments.
Timeline: Stage 1 — 1-2 days from the moment of access.
