I will conduct an audit as a data analyst (Python + data parsing), not as a creative SMM — the output will be dry numbers and specific solutions, without any fluff.
What I will calculate:
• Engagement Rate using the formula (likes + comments + saves) / reach × 100, separately for ER to followers; I will break it down by content types — Reels / photos / carousels, to show where real engagement is higher.
• The best days and times for posts based on your statistics + the dynamics of follower growth.
• Benchmark against 2–3 competitors in your niche (using publicly available data).
• Strengths/weaknesses of the account and the effectiveness of each type of post.
The output will be a structured report: a dashboard of numbers + a list of actionable recommendations (what, when, and in what format to post), rather than general advice.
Important: reach and saves are only visible to the owner, so for an accurate ER, I need screenshots of Instagram Insights or guest access. Without them, I will calculate ER based on public likes/comments — still a workable option, just without internal reach data.
