"Спочатку на сайті було старе ЧПУ, і урли сторінок, що відповідають йому, були проіндексовані Гуглом і мали якийсь рейтинг.
Під час переходу на нове ЧПУ, щоб не втратити рейтинг і трафік з уже проіндексованих сторінок, вони були залишені в структурі сайту, але забезпечені редиректом на нове ЧПУ.
Можливо, змін ЧПУ було більше однієї, що ще ускладнює ланцюжок.
Я не є seo-фахівцем, тому не можу сказати, як позначиться розв'язання в лоб проблеми з редиректом - заміна фактичних посилань на сторінках сайту зі старих, колись проіндексованих і цінних, на нові, актуальні, не знаю, чи мають вони якусь вагу.
Або другий напрямок руху - фактичне повернення на старе ЧПУ. Але тут теж не все так однозначно: Гугл, найімовірніше, свариться саме на сторінки старого ЧПУ, з яких і йдуть редиректи, тому, можливо, вони-то якраз і перестали індексуватися через ці редиректи і втратили свою вагу.
Загалом, резюмую, перш ніж робити щось глобальне (а це буде глобальне що в першому, що в другому випадках, і не зрозуміло, що з них простіше), варто порадитися з фахівцем, який достовірно вкаже, в який бік рухатися, і до чого це призведе".
