Project Description

I run a service company in the HVAC industry in Poland. I am looking for an experienced freelancer to design and implement a stable AI-based automation system (preferably using n8n or similar tools) for creating and publishing social media posts across multiple platforms.

Publishing Channels

• Facebook

• Instagram

• X (Twitter)

• LinkedIn

• Google Business Profile

Content Logic (Mandatory)

The system must rotate posts predictably through the following content categories (not random):

1. Sales/promotional

2. Educational

3. Technical/expert

4. Brand/image building

5. Project showcases (real installations)

6. Engagement focused

7. Seasonal and special occasions

Rotation should follow defined rules or sequence.

Approval Flow (Required)

Before any post is published, I must be able to:

• Preview the post text for each platform

• Preview the generated graphic

• Replace the AI graphic with my own project photo if needed

• Approve or reject the post

Only approved posts can be published.

Graphics Handling

• AI can generate visuals

• Must allow manual replacement with real photos

• Preferably auto-resize or format per platform (IG, FB, etc.)

Scheduling & Publishing

• Scheduled publishing (e.g. several times per week)

• Custom posting hours

• Option for manual publishing trigger

Technical Requirements

• n8n or similar automation platform

• API-based integrations or stable connectors

• Error logging and notifications (email or messenger)

• Backup of workflows and configuration

• Basic documentation for maintenance

Maintenance & Warranty (Very Important)

I expect clear and transparent rules regarding system stability:

Please specify:

• Warranty period for the automation after delivery

• What happens if the system breaks after 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months

• What fixes are included and what is paid separately

• Whether you offer maintenance plans and their cost

• Typical response time in case of failure

Final Delivery Should Include

• Fully working automation workflows

• Configuration and setup instructions

• Troubleshooting guide

• List of integrations and API keys used

• Short onboarding session (30–60 minutes)

1. Similar automations you have built (platforms and scope)

2. Price estimate with possible variants (e.g. MVP without GBP, full version with GBP)

3. Delivery time

4. Warranty and support conditions

5. How you would implement the approval and image replacement flow
