Outreach marketing (B2B)
BPI Group — a consulting company in the field of operational management and lean manufacturing. We conduct training, corporate education, and consulting projects for manufacturing enterprises.
We are looking for a specialist who will help us systematically reach potential clients through email and LinkedIn.
What we mean by outreach marketing in our case:
— Searching for relevant companies (manufacturing enterprises, industry) and decision-makers: operational directors, production directors, HR directors, business owners
— Collecting contacts through OSINT tools: LinkedIn, Apollo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, open registries, company websites, and other sources
— Verifying email addresses and the relevance of contact information
— Preparing personalized proposals for each segment or specific company — taking into account its activities, pain points, and context
— Setting up and managing email sequences and LinkedIn campaigns
— Warming up leads, maintaining correspondence until the interested contact is handed over to the sales department
— Testing messages, tracking metrics (open rate, reply rate, conversion)
— Regular reporting on campaigns
What we expect from the candidate:
— Experience in cold email or LinkedIn outreach of at least 1 year
— OSINT skills: ability to find the right people and their contacts through open sources
— Ability to write personalized messages that do not resemble mass spam
— Understanding of B2B sales and lead generation funnel
— Experience with tools: Apollo, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Sales Navigator or similar
— Independence, responsibility, ability to work with metrics
It would be a plus:
— Experience in outreach in the manufacturing, industry, or B2B services niche
