Андрей, доброго дня! Заявка авантюрная, ожидания внятные.
Как редактор знаю, что такое ступор и каша в голове. Такой этап проходит каждый (самокритичный) автор. Мне отзывается юмор, самоирония и готовность закончить книгу самому.
Насколько понимаю, редактор нужен как добрый критик, компас, активный собеседник, комментатор и тот, кто способен довести автора до финиша книги.
Нужно ли быть финансовым аналитиком и отлично знать психологию? Вопрос. Можно приложить к проекту несколько страниц текста для понимания стиля, иронии? Без контакта автор-редактор тут никак.
