We collaborated with Ilya on automating the recruitment process for our company, and we are very satisfied with the result.
The task was non-trivial: to build a complete end-to-end recruitment funnel—from receiving resumes via email to scheduling interviews. Ilya implemented this on n8n in the form of several interconnected workflows with AI evaluation of candidates at each stage, a single CRM spreadsheet registry, automated emails to candidates, and notifications for HR. The system automatically screens resumes, assigns scores and statuses, filters out irrelevant applications, and guides candidates through the stages—what previously took hours of manual work now happens automatically.
What I especially want to highlight:
Deep technical understanding—not just "assembled nodes," but thought through the logic of candidate deduplication, idempotency, error handling, and fault tolerance.
Proactivity—he identified bottlenecks (e.g., loss of emails during a surge of applications) and proposed solutions before they became problems.
Clear communication—he explained complex technical matters understandably, was always available, and brought tasks to completion.
Reliability—even during the migration to a new server, everything worked without losses, and the system consistently processes the real flow of candidates.
The project is already operating in live mode and has processed hundreds of candidates. We continue to collaborate and plan to further develop the system. I recommend Ilya as a responsible, technically strong, and results-oriented performer.
