Automated Python pipeline for video processing and generation of EN/RU metadata
Need development of a modular pipeline in Python for automatic processing of news videos. The system receives videos and text via API or from Google Drive, creates EN/RU metadata and VO texts (for API videos), selects 3 still frames, saves everything in Google Drive, maintains a log in Google Sheets, and sends notifications to Telegram. The architecture should be clean, with documentation and the possibility of further expansion (Zapier, YouTube API, video editing).
Please suggest cost and timelines. This is very relevant. I have attached the technical specifications. Please note that I do not have a technical background.
