Задачи бота:
- Покупка вещей под обменники Cs.money
- Настройка % для закупки таких предметов на обменник (чтобы можно было менять %)
- Настройка % комиссии ( cs.money она 3%)
- Не покупать предметы, если они в оверстоке
- Возможность добавить предмет в ЧС (если предмет забустили)
- Возможность сделать задержку перед покупкой (0.25 сек) и после успешной покупки (5-7 сек)
- Наличия лога купленных предметов
* Поддержка если бот перестанет работать.
