Back end for the project (details in Figma + technical specifications)

It is quite difficult to estimate the budget for such a large project in a short timeframe - approximately 4-4.5 months are needed for backend development - roughly 640-700 working hours.

I have a few questions:
1. Do you need frontend development as well? I believe that the frontend and backend should be handled by the same team, which will speed up the project implementation. I have 2 frontend and 2 backend developers under my supervision. There is also a layout designer, tester, and designer. My team is fully equipped to handle such large-scale projects.
