We are looking for an experienced architect or designer to develop a complete project for a bathhouse. We are building it ourselves, so a clear, detailed, and understandable project is required.

Чтобы построить баню (строительная часть) вам нужны разделы АР (архитектурные решение) и КР (конструктивные решения). Причем раздел АР идёт как задание к разделу КР. Но возможно вам нужны и сети: вода, канажка, электрика и может быть еще что-нибудь. Вы, как заказчик, должны решить какие разделы проекта вам нужны и озвучить это нам здесь. И соответствующие специалисты будут делать вам свои предложения.
