Without a normal database, it's impossible. You can rent MSSQL from Google. Upload the database there. Create a function that will return only what you need and make either a web interface or a program or an application.

Hello! Can you create a script that will "send" data to a separate table like =IMPORTRANGE(.., but there is a problem with it, you can simply change the range and it will pull all the data. So it doesn't work for you.
