Важно, если вам предлагают внутренние битые исправить 301-м старайтесь отказываться от этого. Таким образом вы удаляете одну проблему "битые ссылки" и создаете вторую - большое к-во внутренних 301-х редиректов, которые могут значительно съесть ваш краулинговый бюджет сайта.
Скорректируйте задачу так, что нужно заменить внутренние урл с 404-м кодом ответа в коде страниц сайта на релевантные урл с кодом ответа 200 или вовсе удалить такие страницы в коде сайта.
