Business Analyst E-com
Responsibilities:
Gathering information, describing and modeling business processes of the E-com department, as well as related divisions involved in E-com processes.
Defining performance indicators, sales funnels, and identifying growth points.
Analyzing efficiency and developing proposals for optimizing processes in the online sales division.
Analyzing and formalizing business requirements of the client.
Formalization of technical tasks for development.
Interacting with development teams during implementation and testing phases.
Writing technical documentation and user instructions.
Conducting efficiency analysis and preparing relevant reports.
Knowledge of the basics of forming UseCase, UserStory
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce of at least 3 years.
Experience working with mobile applications.
Higher education related to analytics, economics, or mathematics.
Skills in gathering, analyzing, and formalizing requirements.
High level of proficiency in Excel.
Experience working with systems Magento, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Jira, Confluence, ERP, CRM
Understanding the basics of process testing and the structure of e-commerce.
Presentation skills and argumentation of solutions.
Skills in modeling processes, data relationships, objects, systems - BPMN, UML.
Will be a plus:
Experience with Power BI.
Experience writing SQL queries.
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and probabilistic forecasting.
Intermediate level of English.
Basics of programming (including object-oriented)
