I don’t know about the professionalism, the work has never been started. It was agreed on Thursday 6,09 - that on Friday will be ready, so nothing was done. On Thursday evening, I was told it would be on Monday. When on Sunday, I’ve already begun to demand to do even something (project mountains), maybe to some extent not adequately on my side, but mountains project and the contact with the customer was very bad, then at the 21st evening I was informed that I’m an inappropriate customer and the “work” that has never been started stops.
I can’t judge for the professionalism of a person, but responsibility is with my project = 0! While I warned and asked a few times a day - if you don't intend to do, then notify me, I'm going to look for what I've been assured that we're already doing!
