To get this approved, we need to cleverly justify the costs: tow truck, a decent computer, diagnostic software, paint thickness gauges, marketing — basically everything that builds the company's infrastructure, not just turnover.
Financially, here's how I see it (Contract for specific work):
At the start (base): 1700 PLN. This includes all the groundwork: business plan, financial analysis, tables, and tailoring everything to the guidelines of your specific office.
Success fee: 2000 PLN (or let's discuss a % of the amount) — payable only when the money hits your account.
Time: I need 5–7 days to write this thoughtfully, not on the fly.
If the office nitpicks (and they like to ask silly questions), we will make corrections at no extra charge until you sign the grant agreement.
