нужно создать торгового бота для биржи Binance, который будет работать по сигналам из телеграм.
бот должен уметь:
1 - забрать сигнал из телеграм
(пример сигнала: Binаncе-MARGIN #ETCBTC SHORT-4H price = 0.0012081, TP1=0.00109306,
TP2=0.00094926,
где ETCBTC - пара, SHORT - позиция, price - цена открытия, TP - цена тейкпрофит ордера)
2 - отпарсить из него нужные параметры для открытия сделки
3 - сравнивать цену открытия из сигнала с текущей ценой и в зависимости от результата открывать (или не открывать) рыночный ордер
4 - выставлять лимитные ордера с частичной фиксацие прибыли
5 - отправлять отчеты о возникших ошибках и о своей работе в телеграм-аккаунт администратора
6 - самостоятельно восстанавливать подключение к бирже при его потери
оплата - через арбитраж
