Доброе время суток! Я бы хотел для начала увидеть сайты чтобы их оценить. На счёт того изменения списков сайтов. Это невозможно, так как у всех разметка разная и по разному нужно искать. Если хотите на выходе рабочий проект, то лучше пишите мне. Жду в ЛС)))

Задачу понял, сделаю без проблем на языке Python. В проект будет входить два .py файла: сам парсер и бот. Такое уже делал, задачка мне интересная)

Универсальных парсеров не существует. Блок парсинга надо будет писать отдельно под каждый новостной сайт. Соотвестственно, список сайтов можно будет менять только в сторону уменьшения. А для добавления нового - вносить правки в код.
