Добрый. Бот , к которому я привязываю аккаунты и запускаю рассылки. Задаю чаты (группы, текст и интервал). Привязываюсь через API например. Далее все работа создается скорее всего через бота FATHER . Также при нем бот-автоответчик, который можно использовать закинув в него нужный ответ из нескольких слов, когда люди откликаются на рассылку, то получают готовые ответы. Есть образец. Но вы сразу определитесь, это вы сможете, ? Чтобы время нам с вами не тратить.
