Very negative experience of working with this contractor.Do not connect.I asked for the development of a bot for learning in the chat menu.quite simple.A bot in one day.Thanks for the time.At that all.The most important thing for me was to receive messages and respond to them (Figure 1).That’s why we turned to her.Because to set a series of sent messages/buttons in the chat and the fool can.And to set a written reception and shipping here you need to work hard.The TZ has been depicted separately on the possibility of sending and receiving messages.There was a "Write to Lena" button in each message and there were great disagreements about it.The boot was made in 1 day, but at the time of the swing it didn’t work.So the developer just showed me that all the chats will go here and you will see all the messages.On the second day, because of the unfunctioning bot, I asked to move the bot to another accat and started testing.I found the problem in the fact that in addition to all the messages in each chat I see all the actions of the user.That is, I would have to daily browse the chats of 1000 students and search for them there among the booth commands message to me.The developer believes that it is normal - we wanted it.seriously ?What a normal person would like that 🙂

At my request to do and do so that it works as it is worth - I was told that it was not part of the TZ and for an additional 20 euros I will do it.Since throughout the work I was constantly touched in "this is not in the TZ" and there was an extremely unpleasant experience of communication with this contractor in general - I just found another performer.And in half an hour I was done what I needed (on the second picture), told what other additional functions could be implemented for my case and in general communication with me was like with a client, not how "these unknown dumbs got".

The TZ was completed. Katarina was all on the link. However, after the work of the chatbot, the chatbot "save" (was inactive) in the users who had been registered in it until this time and the only option now is to keep it active is to remove the user, and to keep it registered again, which is not quite easy and will lead to the loss of a part of the users. Whether this is the reason for Catherine's work, I can't say, as I'm not a specialist in this direction.
I close the project.
