Technical specification (TS) for a chatbot based on SendPulse
Project goal
To develop a chatbot on the SendPulse platform for automating interaction with clients attracted through targeted advertising. The bot should qualify clients, collect contact details, and provide access to the product catalog.
Chatbot functionality
1. Greeting:
• Automatic message describing the bot's capabilities. Support for multilingualism (Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish, English).
2. Client qualification:
• Questions for segmentation: does the user work with wholesale, interested product categories, minimum purchase volume.
3. Contact collection:
• Request for phone number and/or email.
• Transfer of collected data to CRM (AmoCRM or others).
4. Access to the catalog:
• Generation of a link to the catalog (Telegram channel, PDF, or website).
• Ability to send selections by categories.
5. Forwarding requests to the manager:
• If the bot cannot handle the request, it redirects the client to the manager via Telegram/WhatsApp or email.
6. Notifications:
• Notification to the manager about a new request with client data.
Integrations
1. AMO CRM system:
• Transfer and storage of client data.
• Automatic updating of request statuses.
2. Catalog:
• Links to external sources (Telegram, website, PDF).
3. Advertising platforms:
• Integration with Facebook Ads/Instagram Ads for traffic attraction.
Technical requirements
1. Platform: SendPulse Chatbot Builder.
