ну наверняка у него прогретый акк в вацапе. а месенджер это тот же фб. ну акк в фб тоже с фарма прогретый

та нет. тут это не причём. Он по правилам meta не имеет права делать отправку за пределами 24 часов. Если сделает , то сразу в бан. Да и он вроде физически не сможет сделать. Хотя можно воспользоваться ntn, но в ватаспе их вроде нету. Есть только в фб.
И при этом надо что ы пользователь дал согласие на отправку ntn (кликнул на кнопку). -
