Key Information

Group chats will involve several people from the client's side and several people from the technical support side. From the technical support side, one person will act as an AI agent disguised as a human. There may be multiple chats for multiple clients, but they will all be related to one IT product and will all have one AI agent working in them. Chats are expected to be on Telegram, but in the future, also on other messengers.

The ability to configure the number of responses in a dialogue chain;
The ability to initiate a dialogue on a specific question from the client in the administration panel for technical specialists.
